Minto Business Park, New South Wales

Austrak Business Park, Minto is approximately 9.2 hectares of land located 40kms south west of Sydney.  The site is adjacent to the Perth-Adelaide-Melbourne-Sydney-Brisbane Rail Line and the M5 freeway.  The site is located at 4 Magnum Place (just off Pembroke road), Minto New South Wales.

The site currently accommodates Unilever Streets Distribution Centre in a 22,500m² freezer facility that was purpose built by Austrak in 2009.  The Austrak facility is directly linked to the Unilever Streets production plant via a temperature controlled conveyor link.  The facility also boasts storage for 20,552 pallets at minus 27°c, several modern office spaces and staff amenities, a five level car park, truck parking and movement aprons.
